Upon your subscription, you agree not to advertise your home with any other "For Sale By Owner" company or real estate website (MLS) as long as you are in contract with CascadeByOwner.com. We do this to ensure the quality of our site and let buyers know that are truly buying "By Owner". We are here to only assist sellers sell their home and buyers find homes. We do not give any legal representation or advice. Service in non-refundable and non-transferable. The home seller is responsible for the accuracy of the listing. Our one time fee of $299 is for the duration of six months (continuous) or until the seller either cancels the contract, sells the home, or lists their home with a realtor. If the seller would like to continue the contract after six months, the seller will be charged only $10/mo thereafter. All signs are furnished by CascadeByOwner.com and are the property of CascadeByOwner.com. The seller is responsible for the signs and their condition. If signs are lost, stolen, or damaged, the seller will be charged to repair or replace them. Signs will be delivered to the seller's home within one business day of the listing. The signs will be picked up by CascadeByOwner.com within three business days of the sale of the property or cancellation of contract. CascadeByOwner.com will only deliver signs to homes within a 20 mile radius of the Salem area. All sellers of homes listed outside this radius will need to contact CascadeByOwner.com to pick the sign up themselves. It is the seller's responsibility to locate and mark any underground sprinkler systems in preparation for the 6-12 inch steel stake that will be used in placing the sign post. Please use a flag or wooden stake to mark the place in your yard where you would like the sign to go. Seller is not allowed to have a buyer's real estate agent or any other agency place their sign in the yard while CascadeByOwner.com is being used. Upon an accepted offer on your home, seller agrees to hang a "Sale Pending" rider in place of the personalized contact number rider until home is closed. Once the sale of the home is completed, seller will contact CascadeByOwner.com to request that the signs be picked up. Please have all of the signs together at this time. Once your home sale closes, listing runs out or cancellation is complete, please allow three business days for your home to be removed from the listing.
