Q. How long is my subscription good for?
A. You will be able to have your home listed on CascadeByOwner.com until your home sells. You will have full access to all of the PDF forms and retain the signage until your home sells.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. The cost for a three month listing is $299 which includes all cascadebyowner.com yard signage. Monthly renewals beyond the initial three are one dollar per month. This cost is a tiny fraction of a real estate agent’s commission would be.

Q. Will I be able to make changes to my listing?
A. Of course. You can make any changes you would like by logging into your account at any time. You can change descriptions, change the photos you have uploaded or advertise upcoming open houses. You are in control of your listing and all changes happen in real time and will appear immediately.

Q. Who owns the signs?
A. All of the signs are property of CascadeByOwner.com. Once you list your home and payment is received, the signs will be delivered to your home and staked in your yard (area marked by you once locates have been completed). Once your home is sold, you simply need to contact CascadeByOwner.com and they will come pick them up. You are responsible for the signs and their condition.

Q. How long does it take to get my home listed?
A. You will be in complete control of listing your own home. From taking the pictures to adding the description, it is up to you. You will have the option of paying for the site with a credit card which will give you an instant active listing. If payment is collected by cash, the site is dependant on delivery of the funds. If paying by money order or personal check it will take up to 3 business days.

Q. Are there any other discounts that come with the service?
A. Yes. If you choose to run an ad of your home in the newspaper and you use the name CascadeByOwner.com within the listing, we will send you a check for $30. You must be currently using CascadeByOwner.com and your account must be in good standing. This opportunity is good for up to 2 ads per home.
